Elisa Bartlett is the founding member of Bartlett Law, LLC. She brings over two decades of dedicated experience to the field of Education Law in Connecticut. Known for her deep legal knowledge and fair approach, Elisa blends the sophisticated, high-level experience of a prominent Hartford firm with the focused, personal attention of a specialized practice.
By focusing exclusively on education matters, she provides school administrations and districts with the highly specialized, strategic guidance needed to navigate complex legal issues and administrative hearings.
She is the mother of two amazing children and a rescue dog.

Administrative & Hearing Officer Services: A significant portion of Elisa's role as an attorney is dedicated to serving public education systems. She actively serves as a Disciplinary Hearing Officer and Residency Hearing Officer for numerous school districts across Connecticut. In addition, she frequently represents school administrations in navigating complex investigations, policy enforcement, and contested student matters.
